BP hiding in hide all day and night
I had to get a new cold side hide as my I dropped the old when when taking it out to clean but ever since I put it back in he hasn't left his hide. Is this a sign of stress.
Also, because of this will it be ok to handle him daily?

    BeelzeBall.
hes doing what ball pythons do, if he were to be very active that would be a possible sign of stress

Like BeelzeBall say, if he is always moving then it's a sign of stress or something else that may be wrong. People need to understand that in nature, ball pythons spend most of their lifes in burrows.
Some buy a pet ball python, and get sad because they never see the snake.

And about that, why do you handle your snake every day? They get stressed when you handle them too much

I haven't seen my 3 BP's in a week and it makes me happy, as already stated that's a good sign with them. Also handling a BP daily isn't good either. They stress very easily especially if you haven't had him all that long.

    You'll both be fine :)
