    Settling in and travelling
I posted another thread about our new BP being abit stressed. Next question is - we are due to travel for the weekend tomorrow - it's about 2 and half hours away. Going tomorrow afternoon and returning Sunday night. The questions is do we bring her with us as we have the trip next week too (only 1 way as we are moving) or leave her at home this weekend so she can adjust in her new home? Otherwise if we transport her this weekend - I'm tempted to leave the feeding till after we've moved next weekend? Does that make sense? Sorry for being such a pain!

It's no problem at all leaving her at home, and also best for her to stay at home too. It's not good for them to travel for days like that unless 100% necessary.

Even if you guys weren't going on a trip, it would be best to leave her alone and settle for a week.

Perfectly ok to leave her home. That time alone with zero distractions will be very good for her. I would wait till you get back to feed.

A couple weeks without food could be a good thing.
She will be more hungry so her want to eat could over power the stress of the move.
