Yes, she does make me happy LOL. She is a great snake, no aggression at all. She eats large rats now, thinking about moving up to XL. I tried to give her a left over adult mouse the other day and she just looked at me like, 'your kidding, right?' LOLOLOL. I'm actually going to breed her in a few years to my super dwarf purple albino male, should get some really cool lavender babies.

It's funny, I had a few snakes that I was a little intimidated of, but since Lucy has gotten so large I look at my other snakes and can't believe that I had any fear of them at all. Somehow she has helped me get rid of all my fears and intimidation of smaller snakes, even if they are super aggressive. I guess I realized that compared to Lucy what can they really do to me, bite my pinky finger? LOL

To give you an idea of size I'm 6' 4" tall, so this snake would look even bigger if someone smaller were to handle it. We had her on a 6 foot folding table and she was not straight and hanging off of both ends, I'd say she is between 7-8 feet long right now.

If I were you I'd get a super dwarf + dwarf + mainland cross. That way you can dial in the size you want. I'm going to cross my purple albino male to her, so I'll end up with babies that are lavender albino and 18.75% super dwarf, 50% Jampea dwarf, and 31.25% mainland. Should be a little bigger than a boa but not as big as this 50% Jampea / 50% Mainland will get. I'm guessing the babies will be about as large as you would want to get for one person to handle comfortably. Of course I won't have babies for at least three years LOL. I'm pretty sure the final size will depend mainly on the percentage of Mainland blood, pure Mainland getting over 20 feet and up to 200+ pounds. I'm guessing this albino girl won't pass 70 pounds and maybe 12 feet or so... Of course a lot depends on how much you feed too, I tend to feed my snakes a lot since I raise my own rodents and have an abundant never ending supply!
