    PVC pipe hide
Silly question.. I have a young ball python in a quarantine tank and I don't have many hide options that are plastic so for now.. well I've put in a 2" pvc pipe hide in. The shape is a incomplete circle with openings on each end and also it can be broken apart in three places to get her out easily if I need to. however she's crawled inside really tight for 2 days and I know they love tight spaces and she's probably just feeling secure but can ball pythons actually get stuck inside something they curl up into?

As long as inside there are no projections, really rough, sharp spots, anything pinching them, or a taper considerbly smaller than they are, they can pretty much get out of whatever they get into.
