    I Caught a crazy little lizard...what is it?
    I caught this guy when I was walking in from work today...he was running around on the pavement(...hot!!). I have never seen one of these before and he was kinda quick and tiny. I took some pics maybe someone will know what it is....ha ha...I know my snakes...but not lizards....ha...

    Please forgive me for the dirty hands....like I said...I just got home from work

    Here in Colorado I have a ton of those little buggers running around here (especially at work). The older ones come in very bright greens as well. Sorry I have no idea what they are. I just call them those "fast little suckers" but I really doubt that is their scientific name.

    Yep he was very fast and very hard to catch. Colorado....Ha...I am in North Louisiana...Good distribution :D I am on the search to find out what it is now...

    I have never seen one before and I am 10x more familiar with herps in south lousiana then north lousiana....it is like a completely different world up here :)

    We have some small, fast lizards very similar to the one in the photos here in Southern California also. They resemble smaller fence lizards, but with a smoother scale surface.
