Our 2017 Season Starts!

Once again we have begun pairing, hoping to get the 2017 season kicked off and I thought I'd share some pictures. We will only be pairing 4 females this year and so far three of four have locked. Nothing earth shattering just hobby stuff. Last year I couldn't get my Leopard Pinstripe boy to go. This year he didn't waste anytime getting busy with my Mojave Pastel. I've got two Vanillas locked hoping for Supers and I have put my Lesser het Hypo boy to a Normal just because he threw such nice looking babies last season. The one I am really hoping will go I haven't seen locked yet. It's my 1.0 Pied Ghost to my 0.1 Enchi Ghost. If they do get it going I will share a photo later. I hope everyone else is having some successful locks and I look forward to seeing what everyone produces. Thanks for looking.

They're all nice, but the leopard pin and those vanilla are sweet.

This girls has gone off feed, is starting to glow, as well as soaking and bowl wrapping. I think good things are to come.

I found my Vanilla girl looking like this today. First ovulation of the season.

Opened the tub this evening and found this girl looking really uncomfortable. Kind of startling because she is either dead or doing her best impression of a giant Hognose. It is day 29 post shed and I'm thinking eggs may not be far off. Please stay tuned.
