Does anyone know what this may be??

something rough in the tank rubbed him or maybe just some poo did you try to clean it off?

Not with anything wet.i rubbed it with my fingers..ill try wiping her down when she comes out tomorrow..thank you

I agree, might be a small rub from something sharp, or just some "dirt" got in between scales. Try cleaning it up with a wet cloths. If they are small scabs/wounds instead of dirt, keep an eye on it. Watch for more spots popping up or the ones that are there getting bigger.

In which case there might be something fungal going on, or some bacteria entered the small wounds.

Hopefully it will clear right up, though !!

Maybe a rat bite? I've seen some like that ones that arnt that bad but break the skin a bit

I feed f/t,so i dont think so..its clearing up a bit,the only thing i could think she would scrape it on would be her rock hide or log hide..it hasnt got worse though and its slowly fading out so im thinking it was a small scrape
