    Sudden death.
So, Choco died a few days ago, I don't know exactly when, I was away from home. I had to go over my dad's this weekend so like I do every Friday night, I fed Karma and Choco, changed their water and did whatever cage cleaning up that needed to be done. When I came home Sunday night, first thing I did was check on the snakes and I found Choco dead.
I'm thinking he was dead for quite a bit, the smell was horrible and I just buried him, didn't even think about a necropsy or anything. My family only takes care of the my dogs and alpacas when I'm gone so nobody could have known.
Of course I know it wasn't my fault, I had only had him 2 months, and he was still in quarantine so whatever he had Karma should be fine. I'm going to be contacting the breeder soon, haven't yet because I've just been trying to cope with his death.

    Sorry to hear that :(
Going forward, maybe feed them Thursday's so you have a day to monitor them before heading out for the weekend. Not saying it's some he ate, but just a good rule of thumb to go by IMO.

But please.. more about your alpacas :P

Very sorry to hear about this. The loss of a pet is always hard.

I've had my typical Ball Python for almost 2 months and I've grown very close to him. It's insane how fast you become attached to them. Specially when they are insanely friendly like mine. I trust him so much, it would devastate me to lose him.

Keep your head up and contact that breeder. Nothing can replace a pet that you've become close to. Hang in there buddy. Sorry about the loss

Sorry for your loss. I'd keep an eye on Karma next time you feed to make sure it wasn't something to do with the feeders. Can never be to safe.
