    reluctant to garbage disposal!
    my new male is doing amazing! he takes anything i throw at him almost. i just got done feeding him a rat pup and he had no problem with me being there watching:)

    anyone else notice once you get them started..they dont stop!?

    Haha, yep! Mine didn't eat for a long time at first, now I can just toss a F/T rat in there and it's gone when I come back, I don't even have to put on a show. It's much less stressful than the alternatives!

    Mine seems to be the same - she wouldn't eat for the first two weeks - then bingo - she took her first - and second and third no problem. She, too, doesn't care if we are there watching her in fascination. Last time she upgraded to a small adult mouse - in the end she decided to take that away to her hide to digest at leisure though :) They are sooooo cute.
