Question about BP denying food
So, ive been feeding my little guy every 5 days and the first 2 times he took with no problem. Third time, I couldn't even make him mad with the F/T fuzzie. There was even blood coming from the fuzzies mouth. Haha, I even tapped him in the nose with it and he just turned away. So I laid it on the outside of the hide for a few hours, nothing. But, I go to check him today (which is a day after trying to feed him) and his eyes are cloudy. So, he's about to shed is what I'm putting together. Now, I just read that they won't take to food when about to shed. Also, I'm aware that during winter times they don't eat much either.
Question number one, how many days after them denying food should I try again?
Question number two (kinda off topic about feeding), is it normal for him to get pissed or defensive when getting sprayed with water? I sprayed him being that he's about to shed, it may help.
Any input helps
Thanks
-Chris

If you need to mist, mist the substrate a bit or add another container of water to bump humidity. They are already really uncomfortable when in shed and getting sprayed doesn't help. Spraying his isn't going to hurt him, but no need to antagonize him if he doesn't like it when there are other ways to increase humidity.
Well, in a thread that is stickied, a guy said spray them every day before and during shedding. That's why I didn't think doing it would hurt but he didn't care for it. I'm keeping the tank humidity around 70-80%
