Large bulge near vent? Some skin issue? (Pics)

Should I try to help her out with this by bathing her? Or should I wait a couple days? Just noticed this coming back from being gone for 3 days.

I've also noticed her belly is getting kinda red and gray-ish.. I'll probably post again tomorrow about it with pics, but she just shed about a week ago so I'm not really sure why, I just hope it isn't scale rot.

For some reason the cypress mulch within her hide always gets damp no matter how much i change it out, the rest of the terrarium is fine/dry so I'm guessing its either the fact shes always sitting there that the moisture get squeezed out and builds up and stays there, or she goes into her bath then goes back into the hide. Not sure how to keep it dry for her. The side she sits on is a warm spot that sits at 92F at the bottom of the glass to the UTH. Theres about 1 inch of substrate. ambient 80s on the warm and 70s in the cool.

Not sure about the color change since it's not in your pictures, but the bulge near her vent just looks like she is ready to leave you a present.
