UTH quality and brand recommendation

What are the best brands for a quality UTH? Where are the best deals if you don't mind me asking?
I'm getting ready to build a couple custom stackable enclosures and just putting ideas on paper...thank you

Ultratherm heat pads are very nice. the only thing I don't like about these is that they have a plastic piece where the cable connects to the pad, its a little thick not too bad, other than that these are great.

I've found that seed germination mats work well you can buy them in a multitude of sizes and you can get them with thermostats for about $40.
