Breeding calendar - what if window missed ?
I bought a female that I'll be picking up on march.
Im wondering what if I miss that window in breeding calendar. Will I be able to breed her lets say mid march-early april ?
Or do I have to wait till next winter with such females ?

There are may people that have success breeding year round. Conditions have to be met, but it's possible. I think you'll still have to adjust your timeline though. If you are getting her in March, it'll be June before she's done with a 90 day quarantine. It's pretty standard and recommended by a lot of seasoned keepers. It'd be a shame to have a new snake infect your whole collection. Putting a new snake in QT last year saved my entire herd from a very aggressive RI that ended up killing the new addition even under the care of an exotics vet. Just my 2 cents. Be patient. Good things will come in time.

I breed year round, too me missing a window has nothing to do with what month it is, it would have to do with failing to pair a female when was optimal to do so.

If the female has follicles developing, then you have not missed a window. That can be determined through palpation very easily. More importantly however, putting an animal in with others without quarantining it first (I recommend 6 months), you are risking your entire group, and all for the sake of one breeding. Be patient and you will be rewarded in time.

How long is the process of the follicles developing ?
If we miss it; is there any way to trigger it ?

Then you will have even longer to wait with quarantine of the male and all. ;)
There is no season or time, the female will go when SHE is ready even if you meet all the requirements.
