    83 cold
Is 83 ok for the cold side? Winter is here, house heat is on, rooms are warmer. In spring, summer, fall, I need a heat lamp to keep the cold side at 80. Right now, it's been hovering between 81 to 83 and that's with the heat lamp totally off.
She stays in the cold side all day (rarely uses the hot which ranges 88 to 91,) and hangs out in her tree at night. She eats and pees. (No poop since she's a baby and uses all her food.) So, she seems happy... is that safe though? (Rest of the year the cold side ranges 79 to 81.)
Adults tank is spot on, hatchlings is the one that's a touch high on the cold side.

Should be fine. I keep all my snakes with a 78-80F cool side and they spend a fair amount of time on said side.

Just keep it above 75F and offer a 90F hot spot so they can get warm if needed.

Ok thanks. I was a little worried 83 was too warm for the cold side.
