Feeding Pattern for an Underweight BP Baby?
Two days ago, I bought a little Albino BP. It was the day after his feeding, and the people at the pet store told me they had been feeding him twice a week in order to bring up his weight. Each time they fed him, they fed him two pinkies. Based on his size, I'm not sure whether to continue with this pattern of feeding, lessen the amount to one pinkie twice a week, or only feed him two pinkies once a week. Help please!

Pinkies are way too small for even a freshly hatched ball python. It could probably be eating hopper mice or rat pups easily every week. I'd up the prey size and see how things go from there.

Thanks! Would it be helpful if I posted a picture of him to show his size?

. Depends on the age but more so the weight of the python. As long as they were rat pinks it's probably ok. I would get the exact weight on the guy and continue to monitor his progress. If he's eating and holding down two rat pinks I would think he's ready for a single fuzzy rat based on weight.
