    With ri what is correct humidity level? Right now for me, humidity gauge is reading 40%. Is that perfect or too high?

    Needs to be higher. Keep it at 50-60%. Too low humidity will make the problem worse.

    Same can be said about too high humidity so make sure there is good air flow throughout the cage as well.

    Boost it. I'd try to stay close to 60.

    You need to start testing the RI with more than that though. A reptile vet would be best to get a culture done to get the correct meds.
