    Incubator diy progression.. Help please
Ok I found a 30 bottle wine cooler on Craigslist I got it for $70 I took out all the cooling stuff (compressor and all copper tubing) mainly to make it not so heavy... I was able to re-wire the light to be able to plug into the wall outlet... What I'm wandering now is what you guys think I should use to heat it and where to place the heat source and I'm also wandering if I should use a fan to make sure their is not hot spots like in the stickie with the sobe fridge and just in case you need to know the inside dimensions are 32"h x 16"w x 17"d I am looking for any and all advice on how i should go about making this into a incubator (heat, humidity, fan etc) thank you all in advance

The holes you see in the back are going to be where I run all wires in and out and they have covers so no air gets in or out of this fridge

Heat tape down the back. Start thete and then see how much of a fan you may need.

when I go to get the heat tape im thinking about getting thg from reptile basics and having them wire it together for me before they ship it (i don't want to take any chances beings this is the first time I have used heat tape at all...so sorry if im asking obvious questions) I am looking for the t-stat that was used in the stickie that Deborah posted but I can not find it anywhere is their another one that is recommended or maybe a link to that one... thank you in advance.

I never have. After it comes up to temperature you are only talking 90 to 100 degrees.
