What are your experiences with Boamaster?

On 11/14/2016, I purchased 3 PVC cages (the 4'x2'x1') because during my move, three of my PVC enclosures were damaged. The site stated there was a 2-3 day availability so I thought, sweet! So I bought them for a total of $480 and paid an additional $156.60 for the 3-day shipping. Again, this was on November 14th.

They still were not received on 11/21, so I checked in on them. He said they'd be shipped the week of 11/28 because he had some drop to do in Florida. Again, they were never delivered. I emailed once more, a couple days ago and received a message saying they'd be shipped on Monday, December 5th.

I'm pretty concerned considering the amount I paid for the product + the expedited shipping, although I'm not too familiar with this company. Has anyone else had a similar experience here, or am I missing something? Any and all feedback is welcome. Thank you. :)
