    is this strange?
So I've had bearded dragons, anoles, and uramastyxs' before. But I just got my first BP today, her name is scape and is about 16-18 inches total. This is her first night but instead of sleeping in her hideout, she is stretched across her terrarium. (I'm pretty sure she's sleeping anyway) is this normal for them? Her enclosure is a 10 gallon with aspen shreds, a log , and a hideout on one end made of a cardboard box with a corner cut out that is also covered in aspen shavings. But she is just stretched along the broad side of her enclosure. It may be nothing but I'm just new to snakes and want to be sure

Probably just getting used to the new environment. I just got one that refused to use the hides for a couple days. He settled in and uses both now.

Probably exploring her new home. Ours was out and about for the first few days.

What are her hot and cold sides at? What's her humidity? If you use a uth do you have a thermostat for it?

Don't worry about it, just as the others said.
