    Abbott (Normal) Progression Thread
I got my boy Abbott on October 26th, and so far, he's eaten every Thursday. He eats two fuzzy mice on Thursdays, and he has tried to eat a hopper, but apparently had issues swallowing, because he had it in for a few minutes then dropped it out.
    Here's my boy below

Here's his tank, it's a 40 gallon split in half by a wall of cardboard.

He's a very mellow and patient noodle, handling him is great.

Thanks! I was going to do a progression thread when I first got him, but I wanted to make sure he wasn't one of those snakes from PetCo that die soon after you get them. Not that I was too worried though, they take pretty good care of their reptiles (well fed, no retained shed) aside from the whole co-hab thing.

    I have him out again!
Sometimes I feel jealous of you guys with your big fat ball pythons, and here's Abbott.

His head next to my finger!
Not that I don't like him! I just can't wait for him to get big :)

Fed Abbott today, tried the two fuzzy mice.
I think I'll try a hopper next time, he didn't seem interested in the second one, but the fuzzies are half his size. I tried blow drying the mouse's head, but he wouldn't take it.
Funnily enough, he didn't seem interested in the first one, but coiled around it.
I tried to take it out when he started crawling away, but then he struck at it again and ate it.

Great looking BP. Glad he's eating well for you. I get my first Sat morning and honestly feeding is my biggest worry so thanks for the updates.

Thanks, and awesome! I hope yours eats well for you too, and I'd like a picture of it once you get it, if that's alright :)

Makeshift hide on my bed while I put his new uth in place :/
I wish it waited until Sunday to stop working so I didn't have to move him around, but it was getting pretty chilly in there, so I couldn't wait.http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...f359c9885a.jpg
Now he's chilling in his waterbowl again.

I think he looks a lot better now that he's filled out some.
He's also in the blue, his eyes have that blue tint and his scales are dull as heck
I didn't notice he was so close until I was holding him, I'm surprised he didn't hiss or nip at me.
