    Critique new setup
Placing my order for a T8 with divider. From reading I've decided to go with two RHP's and will add flexwatt for hot spot of needed.
I can run both RHP's (same mfg/models) off one Thermostat correct? There will be accurites on each side to monitor as well. My tank is working out great but well wanting more has led me here!!! Rack system I feel house is too chilly ambient to go rack at this time.

Yes, if both sides/enclosures are identical you can run both from one output.

I just ordered a T8 with divider and lights. If you are wanting a light I recommend calling them and adding the LED option to the cage. Its $40 which is the same price for two fluorescent fixtures but you end up saving a bit because there is no shipping cost for LEDs when there is for fluorescents.

Ive also seen on here that for only $10 they will recess a channel in the ceiling so you can add your own LED strip. I went with the lights and my options were red, blue, and white.

    That's why I said call.

I believe you can complete the entire order over the phone. If not, just place the order without any lights and then call them. They can add it quickly for you. They are super people and a pleasure to deal with.

Id call them first to see what works best. Yesterday they got me squared away in minutes. Ill have mine in a few weeks.

Waiting on confirmation then will have a T8, divider w/LED's ordered as well as 2 ProProducts RHP's (hoping they still do drop ship and install for me to make life easy)
Then just need to order my new thermostat. Adds up quick!

ProProducts recommended RHP'S along center bear divider. Seems like most I've seen are at either end, or an I confused?

Are RHP's usually mounted directly each side of divider, or towards the outsides of each side?

I don't think it will make much of a difference in the overall performance of the RHPs. If it were me Id place them more near the back wall and in the center of each divided section.

In my large cages the RHP and belly heat are on one side. In smaller cages the area is really not large enough to designate one area with a RHP so I would go more central to warm each section more evenly.
