Pretty sure rubidus is the Mexican Redail Indigo. They are fantastic snakes and usually very personable; they'll darken up to a blackish with a white throat typically with age.

What Regius_049 said, mexican indigo. It's pretty much as close as I can get in appearance(legally) to an eastern indigo as a Florida resident.
