    How do I know?
My 3 month old bp weighed 134g (still had a meal she hadn't pooped yet....she's not a regular pooper or pee'er...I guess she utilizes it all?) and eats one fuzzy rat per week.
How do I know when to move on weaned pups? Do I just go by the width of her belly and the pup size?

I'd get her to rats now. And most people do anywhere from 10-20% of the snakes weight in prey size. A little bit of math on your part and you'll have her eating ideal meal sizes in no time. :)

She is eating rats. Fuzzy rats. But the store doesn't weigh them, so I can't really ask for a at that is 20% of her weight :(

Oops, missed the fuzzy rat part, sorry.

And my local store doesn't weigh them either, but I do.
