Smol pastel curled up on fake plant, normal?
So I got home from work today and I noticed Hydra was going into her hide,
meaning she had come out probably to drink water or whatever, the usual.
I decided to wanted to check her out, because she was going through her first shedding
since I received her, mind you this is my FIRST snake. I pulled her out, gently,
she had a little bit of skin still left on her face, so i left it alone.
I held her for a bit, then sat her back into the cage, took out her water bowl and put some nice warm water just
incase she was to soak in it.
Now, I did decide to move her bowl, it used to be in the middle, but now i moved it right under the light just because it would get
kind of cold and i didnt want her to not be able to soak in the water.
Mind you, she sits in a 20 gallon tank, because thats all I had since my hamster passed away.
She's never given me a reason to think she was stressed it in,
    I will
    post a picture below.
NOW, might I add, i did forget to turn her light on this morning, I usually leave it on 12hr a day
then turn it off at night. She has an infrared 75watt bulb, if that matters. So when I put her light on, instead of going into
her hide, like normal, she decided to curl up onto one of the fake plant strands and now she's just chilling there.
I want to know if this is okay, its only been about 2 hours, but I know that BP's are very shy beans and that they like to hide most of the time.

Could she be stressed or should i let her do her thing?

I wouldn't worry about it. My baby Lesser does this alot after a shed. I think their just trying to get the extra shed off by rubbing up against the fake plants.

How long does yours normally do this for? Just to get an idea. She's usually such a good baby, i'd hate it if she were doing this because shes stressed.

I don't let her do it for long. If I notice she can't get the extra shed off on her own I usually remove it myself myself. But I doubt it's from stress because mine only does it around shed time and that's it.

Does she have an under tank heating pad? If not she may be trying get close to her heat source after being relatively cold all day. Otherwise I think she's fine... Probably just decided she likes to perch in her plastic plant and watch the world outside.

Personally don't have one, just because she wont be in this tank for too long. I'm currently in the means of shopping for a boaphile, but also contemplating on making my own cage where she'll have one. So many options, but I feel the bulb will be enough for right now.
She just went into her small cave, very happy about that. New owner worries, still getting the hang of her, lol. Thank you for your help!
