i have a ap-t8 that i am keeping my bp in and i use the 80 watt rhp on left side of enclosure hooked to a ve-200 set at 90 for hot spot i have the water dish in the middle of the cage on the hot side of cage i am getting 70% humidity on the cool side i am getting 60% humidity is that much of a fluxuation good or bad i know people say they like to keep humidity between 60%-70% and if that is the case i think i nailed it :D but will that much of a difference be of any harm or is that good and if it is bad how do i fix it? thank you

I wouldn't worry about that. It's all within a safe range.

That's normal. Using the RHP results in a temperature gradient in the air. This results in varying humidity. Your cool side will have a higher humidity reading than your warm side.
