    Would you make the trade?
I have the opportunity to make a major move in my collection...at least I think it's major. Would you trade a 0.1 Lesser sub adult at 1100g and a proven 1.0 Mojave Yellow Belly for a 0.1 Banana Cinny hatchling? Granted I won't be able to use her for a couple years, but still. I would not be loosing any genes in the process so future project would not change except for the addition of Cinny in a 0.1 Banana wrapper. Thoughts? I'm still a little on the fence.

I would, but make sure the banana is actually female.

From the financial/investment standpoint yes, now it's a matter of does the animal fit in your collection and are you ok with not having the other animals in your collection anymore?

I think that I can live with not having them. They're cool snakes to have around, but I have several that are. If you don't mind, glance at my signature for the collection and let me know if YOU think it fits. I have my opinion, but it's always nice to hear from others with more experience.

My only thing is that the 1.0 is my only proven male breeder. I have 5 that are old enough and large enough to fill in for him though.

I'm not a big banana fan myself but from if you're looking at it from a business standpoint then yes I would.

I would because even if she does not fit now you have 2 years to get the male you need to make her fit

How do you feel about it? Like someone said, would you miss having those snakes in your collection?

Here's what you could do. Get a coin to flip, heads you trade, tails you don't, or the other way around. While you're flipping, if you find yourself hoping it'll fall one way or the other, go with what you really want to do.

Did the deed today. She's in the middle of a bad shed, but otherwise in good shape. I'll post pics once she's settled in.

Are you happy with the trade now that you've done it?
