Really I'm still thinking exo terra, just a bigger one. Either that or another solid tank with front doors. I just love the front doors.

Wow that looks awesome! Does the foil on top help keep heat in? If so I'd really like to try that.

It seems to. I've noticed a slight rise in the temperature since I added the foil.

Another option, is remove some of the foil around the lgiht and you can use ceran wrap to cover the top. Then you can control the humidity more so.

I have a question, usually I don't use heat lamps but I'm probably going to get into them now with the winter weather, so do you use a red light all day? Or switch? What works better for you, or what you'd recommend?

For about the price of an Exo Terra, you can order something like an Animal Plastics T8, a Constrictors NW 3' cage or a PVC Cages cage and they would be 1000% better than an Exo Terra. Tanks work for quarantine and temporary homes but you really want a cage designed for snakes. Makes life for you and the snake much much easier.

I wouldn't use a red light for a BP, I would use a Ceramic Heat Emitter, but that's my personal advice. Some people can and do use red light, but that still emits a light.

Actually believe it or not, it's probably cheaper for a T8. You can get a T8 with sliding glass doors for $150 + shipping($45). The largest Exo Terra is 36x18x12 which is smaller than the T8's 48x24x12 and the cheapest place I've found that tank is $170 on bigapplepetsupply, then the free shipping doesn't apply because of the size/weight so you're still going to pay more. If you go in a pet store like petsmart or petco they're going to have those priced at a minimum of $170, when I went into my local pet smart to see about some quick supplies they had that same tank priced around $190. So in the end it's cheaper to get the T8. It holds humidity and heat better and is much easier to clean.
