Brazilian Rainbow Boa Quarantine

So I didn't quarantine my first ball python, since there was basically no need to. However, since is my second snake I want to Ben COMPLETELY safe. I have a couple questions. Do I add decor? The breeder told me to just keep it plain and simple until he's done with quarantine. So paper towels as substrate, water bowl and a hide. Also, where do I place my new boa? I live in a 2 story townhouse, and there's not that much space. However, I don't feel like quarantine is necessary for this snake, since it comes from a highly reputable breeder that has never had issues. Thanks anyway!
