So Cookie (as I have officially decided to just nickname Wheatley that instead of completely changing his name....) is home!

My roommate and I have reached an agreement about personal space. So I made up an official contract and we both agreed to the terms and we both signed. So things are going well...

    Kind of.

    Well...

Cookie remembers me seemingly. After picking him up he made his way straight around my neck and stuck his nose into my ear like he always does. I think he's a bit overweight. Or ready to poop. I really can't tell. Either way, that all seemed good. On that front, everything is well.

    But... well...

Starting almost fresh. So I'm a bit nervous.

Yupp. There was some inappropriate roommate behavior where he was invading my room and handling my snake, and it led to Cookie getting dropped and lost for a while. He was found and taken to a vet. Later, as if that weren't enough, my roommate took the cage downstairs during a very large and loud party to show him off (...?) and I had enough and sent my poor python to be watched by my Herp obsessed friend who has many different reptiles. (And a couple cats.)

As far as I would be concerned with the roommate, they would have to go. A little common sense would tell you not to go into your roommates room, in their personal space, and being that they did just that trust is broken and would never be established. No telling what else they were doing while in your room. There wouldn't be a middle ground, understanding, agreement. Hell if it were me, the outcome would of been terribly bad for them.

Since he paid for vet bills, Id say that more than makes up for it.

As long as he sticks to his word

I'd invest in a nanny cam if you don't want to get door locks. That's creepy stuff.
