MorphMarket can help you find the median price. For example, there are currently 70 Phantoms for sale which constitute nearly 6 full pages. We can line these up from least expensive to most expensive like this:

Therefore, the prices near the end of the 3rd page could be considered median, i.e. $225-$300.
Using the filter we can also narrow it down to just hatchlings (you state later that all are hatchlings).

The Rainbow Enchi Ghost (the one and only) currently goes for 17k. Alas the day will arrive when they too will fetch only $100. This can be a difficult concept for younger generations to wrap their head around, and doing so would have profound consequences on the market.

The link you posted is not exclusively single gene animals. Single Gene Phantom hatchlings going for sale average out at around $100
