    Soaking during shed???
This is the first shed since i have had my new ball. His eyes are cloudy and blue. Is it normal for him to soak in the water bowl???? he has been doing it off and on for the past few days. The temp in his tank ranges from 82-85 and humidity is 65-70. For the past 3-4 days hes has been in the bowl 75% of the time. IS this normal or is something wrong. Thanks

BP in general will rarely soak even during shed, and while some might, there can also be other reason for this type behavior.

Are you sure your readings are accurate? Do you use a digital hygrometer?

So long this behavior only last during it's shed I would not overly worry and simply see if humidity levels need to be adjusted, however if the behavior continues after the shed this is definitely something that will need to be addressed

After your BP sheds, I would examine him for mites just to be safe.
