Re: Question on my tics back
Plus…
I don’t want to be a kind of very sensitive or paranoiac on those tiny matters(?) but my opportunity cost to have a reticulated very limited so it’s imperative to choose the one I can be satisfied. I knew as every tic has each different temperaments, its shape could be the same way. Only I’d like to know is whether that is just normal variants or some problem or progressive something so that I can share it with the breeder who just usually says that is just normal thing. (I don’t like this…) Since the breeder has the available retics from that clutch, still have an option to replace which I really don’t want but if needed I have to.
Please give your idea on this…
Re: Question on my tics back
Just looks like a minor deformity to me, I don't know. Personally I'd return it and get a different one.

Something is different there. Is it always like that? Have you talked to the breeder and sent those pictures to him/her?
If it doesn't affect the snake it may be no big issue unless it really bothers you or it is the precursor to issues down the road.
I'm sorry I can't help more, but I can tell you my new boy does not have that indent on his back.

I wish I had better and more full body photos but I have not observed anything similar on this 5 month old male.
If your guy is functioning OK and doing well maybe it is a non-issue, but I'd hate to see some spinal problem come to light as it grows.
Maybe there is somebody here that can pinpoint the issue. All I can say is that it doesn't look typical or normal IMO.
I hope it is nothing.
Re: Question on my tics back
Thank you for all your comments and opinion on this. I really appreciate it also very happy from your helps!
I could decide return this boy to the breeder and have discussed him to replace another one.
I might post the new one hopefully soon and feel much better now. I would keep my old boy couple of days more due to the logistics reason but eventually I have to return him.
Thanks you & have a super great day!

It just looks like a kink/minor deformity. Apparently he's been eating and doing fine?
Yes he is just fine. Also the breeder suggested another option that you can buy another one with affordable price then I can send you since it seems little bit complicated the return and get again so you can keep both but I just answered 'no' even I'd like to do but I knew I couldn't keep both that will somthing like 'bite off more than I can chew' at this moment...
