To get an albino Pied you need to breed a Double Het Albino Pied to another Double Het Albino Pied this will yeld one into 16 chance to produce one.
This will be the most budget friendly way to do it but is could take years before you produce one.
With the price of Albino Het Pied Females (Lower Price than Pied Het Albino), I would get a female and in a year or so get a male Pied Het Albino which would seriously increase your chances of producing an Albino Pied.
I produced mine from Pied Het Albino x Double Het Albino Pied which also yeld better odds than the first option. So picking up a double het female is also an option.

So I can breed an Albino with a Piebald to get a double het Albino Piebald then breed that to another double het to finally get an Albino Piebald. That's awesome.

Yep you can do that, it's a long road but very rewarding, that's how I produced my females DH, I just cheated a little and bought a male Pied Het Albino when they were ready ;)
