Should I change this out for a hide?
Hello! I just received my first snake today. I have 3 other hides in his terrarium but he seems to want to stay in this little corner. I know they get super stressed out if they're exposed alot, should I replace it with a hide?

I would put a hide in there.

I'd try replacing that with an appropriate sized hide as well, and just see how he takes to it.

What do your other hides look like?

I added the water bowls after I filmed. but yeah, I know you guys prefer tubs, but I'm willing to spend the money to make this tank work. If he's still not comfortable afterwards, I'll get a smaller one. (this one's 55 gallons)

Well tanks can definitely work, and yours is beautiful!!
A possible issue could be that the openings to the hides are too open, so the BP doesn't see it as a suitable hide to begin with. They prefer hides with one small opening and their entire body can be hidden. So you wouldn't be able to see them at all when they're inside, except for maybe a head.

    Something like these: http://www.reptilebasics.com/hide-boxes

I'm 99% sure that is the problem.

If your snake prefers that spot to the other hides, I'd improve on the other hides instead of taking away the spot he likes. The other hides could also be fine if you add more foliage or stones or something as cover at the entrances.
But since he's brand new, is maybe stuff a paper towel in the large openings, but otherwise don't bother him. He might also just need some time to figure out what his hiding options are in his new place.

Thanks guys!! I ordered some better hides that I think he'll like but for now I'll add some paper towels and leave him be! I appreciate the help!!

My adult really likes these - Exo Terra Reptile Cave, Extra Large https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002AR5BA..._nUW9xbJAPZQM8

It comes in different sizes, of course.

I second melcvt00, those hides wok great and also have a natural look, which I can see is what you're going for. Beautiful snake and set up by the way!

Re: Should I change this out for a hide?
A few of my snakes would stay in a corner when I first bought them, I believe it was mainly them being scared and stressed. One of them took 3 days before he used a hide, another took about a week, and another would not use hides at all so I had to show her the hides by putting her head in one and letting her slither in and then when she was out again I would pick her up and put her in the other hide entrance and she would slither in and has used both ever since.
