    Transition from tanks to tubs
    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...2018.24.23.jpg

Slowly making the transition from tank to rack. Just built this this afternoon. Snakes have not been moved in yet. Should have bought one more board. Will pick that up when out grabbing more tubs. Right now only the shelf with the 2 tubs is wired for heat. Current set point is 93 deg. Only have 2 snakes at the moment but a few more are in the near future. I am setting this up in the basement to try and get more temp consistency. Rooms upstairs are starting to get too cool at night. With my IR gun the temps in the back under the substrate are 91-92. Under the substrate up front temps are around 76. I have a probe hanging up towards the front trying to get the ambient and it is currently reading 84. Haven't looked at humidity yet. Do I need more heat on the belly towards the front or just keep the ambient up? Want to get this dialed in before I move my snakes in.

I'm in that process myself, takes won't be done till this weekend but can't wait because I don't think my girl likes the aquarium she's kinda nasty lol. Not much experience but thinking your belly heat is enough with the ambient too. Good luck with everything.
