    Wuhoo!
My sweet valentine switched to rats without a seconds hesitation! I bought one on a whim because she wouldn't take 2 mice but I could tell she needed something to keep her a bit more stuffed. We missed her feeding day and fed instead today, it was literally barely dangled and she nailed it hard enough that I let out a gasp.

Anyways I guess this is kind of a brag post about what a strong eater she has been since the first time, she even eats in deep in blue. If she was underfed before would she appreciate the food more maybe? Now that she's really grown I expect the dreaded winter fast but I'll enjoy her feeding success as of now :)

YAHOO!! Sounds like she has a great owner :D

My male albino took forever to convert fully to rats... needing to scent heavily with dirty mouse substrate every time. He also did a weird 3 month fast last winter.

My BEL switched to rats without looking back, and didn't miss a single meal with me since I picked him out of the shipment box as a hatchling, so no fasting over winter. Hope yours is like this too. :)

    Congrats! :)

Skipping a feeding cycle was a big part of the plan to switch 3 of my snakes over all which had been on mice for over a year.

Yeah I was quite shocked it was so simple but she really has been an exceptional pet. I'm just happy that she's FULL, zonked out in her den lol Happy chunky snake = happy owner =)
