    digital thermometer getting wet
so i have a digital thermometer with a probe that i use to check the temps, but i would like to keep the unit on the cold side and the probe on the hot side permanently so i dont always have to take it in and out but i am worried about getting it wet when i spray the tank for humidity, just wondering if anyone else keeps theres in the tank and has any issues with getting the thermometer a bit wet

I've had my snake dump the thermometer probe in the water bowl, and I've had her poop on it. I'm pretty sure spraying it won't do any damage. And if the thermometer is going to be damaged by water the snake might ruin it anyway. That's my two cents anyway...
