Possible mites or scale rot+back injury?

Okay so I posted recently about how my BP had escaped and I found her about a week and a half ago. I fed her and she went blue immediately so I left her alone pretty much, checking up to see when she'd shed or pooped etc. Checked her again just now and I've noticed a few things.

1: the "bite" I thought she may have gotten may actually be mites, I'll post pics
2: no signs of shed skin in her tank but she is no longer blue. ??? Not sure why or how
3. She's moving super slowly. She used to want to rush away from me at any opportunity but she's not moving around much at all... even when I was moving her around to checkout her scales, she just took it calmly, Unusual for her
4. She seems like she's in pain and I'm not sure why! She was sort of curling her neck up behind her back in a weird way and just moving weird in general. I don't think it's broken because she was able to eat a pretty good sized rat just a week and a half ago.

Snakes always go clear again after blue before they shed. It's very hard to tell if there are mites in this pic, put her on paper towels and check for them in the enclosure or the water dish.

After getting out and having a rough time, particularly if she's moving slow a vet visit is always advised.
