I may be picking up a "salmon" boa constrictor from a local shop and just would like to see some pics of your guys salmons and combos just to get some ideas on what she can make 😊 I'll post pics of her tomorrow if I pick her up. Would still love to see pics either way

Lol are you from the Everett Washington area by chance? I was tempted to buy a baby salmon jungle BCI from my local reptile shop but picked up a jungle carpet from Inland Reptiles that she had instead.

I wish I miss Everett, lived there as a kid. I'm in Phoenix Arizona. She's an adult female about 5.5 foot long

I don't have any salmons, but I do have a couple hypo combos. With the snake being from a pet store I'd drop the "salmon" label if I were you though...unless they can produce proof that the snake comes straight from Rich Ihle's stock, she can't be a salmon, since it's a line of hypo. If the salmon line has been mixed with random hypos, I also would hesitate to claim the salmon title.

How old is she? At 5.5' she seems kinda small for a female but if she's only 3-5 years old, you could still expect a decent amount of growth. If "she" is actually a "he," that seems a bit more likely for an adult. There are small females of course, but from what I've seen, more often than not they aren't actually adults yet or are sexed male.

If you don't plan on breeding her and the price is right and you like her, I say go for it. Now if you plan on maybe breeding her later, then you will want to be more picky. Or you can just a bunch and have your mutts and your pedigree snakes lol. Rosey is just my mutt Colombian but she is my favorite. She is like a huge puppy dog and she is the first one I take out and gets outside time as least every other day.

They sold her unfortunately before I could get her. She was a beautiful redish color which matched a lot of pictures of salmon boas I've seen. But I guess it doesn't matter now :/ anyone know any good sites to get boas from?

I like to browse through the classified sections of kingsnake.com. There's loads ads for boas on there.
