    First Rat......again....!
So to make a long story short, I have this female bp who stopped eating rats and went crazy for mice. Ok so my other bp who eats rats on the regular went into shed, refused a meal, and what do you know (trying not to waste a p/k rat), my mouse-eating female nailed it with no hesitation. So, um, she went back to rats or something.

These snakes are so friggin spoiled, they OWN me.

PS. My mexican boa ate a small rat for the first time too...pretty effortless on her part. The relevence for this thread means that none of my collection is on mice anymore. So yay for me.

Congrats; mice are such a pain to deal with. Rats smell less, and I honestly think they bulk up your snakes faster!

Well, she's been gaining steady weight and girth by eating mice...except she'd eat 3 or 4 at a time...feeding one small/med rat is much easier on the keeper...
