Is Pink Eye contagious to snakes?

The question itself is in the title. 😊
Looks like I've got common pink eye, and want to make sure I can't pass it onto my snakes. I have a little pied male being shipped here today and need to be able to do at least enough handling to get him into his new set up. Of course, I'd be a lot less worried if it isn't in fact contagious to snakes!

I wouldn't have thought so - but it's good practice to wash your hands before and after handling anyway. :gj:
