Advice on raising humidity?
I got my baby BP about a week ago and all is going well. The humidity stays around 50%, but sometimes it will drop into the 40's on cold days when I leave the heat lamp on for a long time. Are there any suggestions to raise the humidity so it stays in 50-60%? I spray the cage every once and a while, too. Thanks!

First of all congrats....but Ya need to post a little bit more info (cage, cage size, bedding type) any one of these could have a huge impact on humidity

Hey there! Congrats with your noodle. What I do to keep my humidity between 55-60 (I own a 20gal long glass enclosure w/ a screen top) is to cover about 2/3 of the screen with aluminum foil and leave the rest open for the heat lamp. I also just recently added some sphagnum moss and it works wonders. Good luck:)

I have a 10 gallon tank with a screen top, a 50 watt infared lamp and a UTH. The snake is just a regular ball python breed. I've tried covering the top with a cloth, but I think I'll try aluminum foil now.
