    Baby BRB Assist Feeding
Ok so about 4 weeks ago I got my Baby BRB temperature and humidity are perfect after 10 days I tried to feed her a pinkie she was interested but not much eventually she didn't eat it so I left her I asked the breeder and he said that she ate pinkie one time (I doubt that) so a week after I tried to feed her again and same thing she didnt get it so I assist fed her I know its stressful for the snake but I want her to eat so I grabbed her and pushed the pinky down her mouth and till she start biting it on her own and swallowed it (this was last week). Yesterday I tried to feed her and as soon as she smelled the pinky she was very interested in it she struck at it but she missed I tried again this time she struck and got it i couldn't be happier I thought I share this story with you guys and girls.

This is her and next week I will start feeding her fuzzies.

I found my BRB needed some nudging to get eating. I would take the pinky and just kind of hold it right in front of his face and after a few minutes he'd slowly open his mouth and wrap it up. It was like he was learning how to eat. I never had to actually push it into his mouth though. Once he got his jaws on it he knew what to do.

Glad your little one is eating and don't rush to go up in food size. Just stick with the basic rule of thumb (about the width of the snakes widest part) for food size.
