    Leopard?
    Is this a leopard? It's hard for me to see what makes a leopard a leopard and some people have told me you won't see a whole lot until you pare it with something. But here are some pics.

    So I'm having some trouble trying to see what makes a good leopard in terms or good patter and color? I even had one guy at a show tell me it's hard to tell until you start mixing it with other genes... Can anyone point me in the direction on how to identify a leopard?

    Go to World Of Ball Python and look at the photos of the base Leopard Ball. Study the pattern more than color.
    To me the Leopard pattern is more pronounced than a Cinny/Black Pastel.

    Ok so it seems as though looking from the top and seeing how the patterns on the sides kinda connect on the top down the spine might be an identifying pattern?

    It looks like a leopard to me, though ideally they should have a pattern that runs together more.
