I agree that these are a great animal for someone that wants a boa without the need for a large space. My adult male Costa Rican T+s are in V28s. Corn snake sized boas. Crazy.

I hear ya with the storms.
We've got some heavy stuff coming toward Minneapolis as I type tonight.
I am always in search of the perfect snake, and I've been swayed by the larger carpet python species lately, but as I understand it, the C/A boas are more arboreal (in general) than the other boa constrictors. Anybody looking for a really neat display BC should be looking into your stuff. If fed properly ALL BC's will become active and look to climb, but I'll bet based on seasonal, avian migrations and natural/wild instincts the C/A boa are typically more arboreal due to prey availability at certain times of the year.
I wish I could have an endless collection because I think one of those beauties would be very entertaining.
