    The scare of my life
Long story short: I thought that this post was going to be an obituary – found her and curled up on his cool side didn't respond to tapping poking and nearly picking him up. He was very cold – I put the lid back on in a state of disbelief then went back and really nudged him and thank God he woke up
    Love your snakes.

You might want to check out what caused that. Even on the cold side a snake shouldn't be unresponsive. I'm glad he's still alive, but best be sure he isn't sick.

Glad to hear she's alive, but it sounds like she was severly cold ― double and triple check your temperatures please!

Thanks all, definitely going to break out the temp gun and look for cold spots. He has been the picture health otherwise, eating, excreting, and shedding perfectly. I think he meant to cool off and over did it. Not that I'm victim blaming, obviously the spot he found was far colder than should be occurring in his tank.
