Nature spirit vs hotbox incubators??
Ive heard mixed feelings about both. What do you guys recommend? Thanks
Re: Nature spirit vs hotbox incubators??
I have a 48" Hotbox. My only issue was that the PVC on the door warped slightly creating a gap between it and the rubber seal. Chris sent me an additional set of hinges within the week completely free of charge and I haven't looked back since. 100% would buy again.

Is this a common issue?

Anybody else recommend 1 over the other?

It's the only time I've heard of it. And, reading my post again, I meant to say new latches - not hinges. :gj:

While you can always buy more incubator, to me getting an incubator you can grow into is very important so while nature spirit are great it does not fit my needs (little too small for me).
Hotbox comes in different sizes and are really solid incubators I got to see them in person several times, know Chris well and is products are solid whether it's racks (which I own) or incubators. His lead time and customer service are also the best in the industry.
I mean i sent him 3-4 emails and till this day still received no response, this was part of the reason i was leaning towards nature spirit. I guess ill try and send another email but i wont hold my breathe on a response.

Chris is very busy shows every weekend than back to the shop to build & ship orders the best way to get a hold of him is to call and leave a message.
That's the best way to get in touch.
