I've done a lot of research on this particular pairing with pretty much consisted of hours of google searching and I haven't found anything conclusive about the pairing. World of ball pythons has something known as the "Spotted Web" which is apparently a spotnose spider that seems to have reached sub-adult, if not adult age.
I know Justin Kobylka has recently created a Leopard Spotnose Spider and an Orange Dream Leopard Spotnose Spider which both look amazing but they are apparently "loopy" but to what extent I'm not sure. There is also something dubbed the "Nitro" which to my recollection is a Pastel Spotnose Spider, (Spotnose Bumble Bee) that was also very "spidery" but there has been no follow up on whether or not it had survived. Ben Renick also has quite a few spotnose spider combos listed on his website but they don't seem to look like how most of the spotnose spiders I've seen look. Memphis Reptiles on youtube also hatched out two fire yellowbelly spotnose spiders. One had some sort of development problem and the other made full term but died shortly out of the egg. I'm not sure what its behavior was like outside of the egg.
Now I have two questions,
a) Does anyone here have any experience or at least heard of the results of this particular pairing?
b) If so, is this pairing viable?
I've researched on this topic as much as I possibly can given the power of google and scowering the various ball python forums on the internet and could not come to a conclusion. I am particularly very fond of the spotnose mutation and really like what it does to the spider mutation so I'm doing as much research as I can before I commit to this pairing.
