Banning Reptiles as Pets in The UK
Hello everyone , look at what I came across at another on the internet ."The RSPCA in the uk, are attempting to get keeping reptiles as pets banned, apparently they 'll all get confiscated and most likely euthanized". Or at least that's what I heard.Either way that doesn't sound right so here's a petition:

You don't have to be in the Uk to sign it either .Fyi see page 2 for petition for US reptile lovers.
Re: Banning Reptiles as Pets in The UK
thats silly......I hope that does not happen
Re: Banning Reptiles as Pets in The UK
This is the second story I've heard out of the UK that totally bothered me. Of course, they both concerned the banning of something for the "betterment of mankind". They've already banned all guns, even BB guns, in the UK (whereby disarming law-abiding citizens and now only the criminals have guns and are preying on all these disarmed people). Now, because people are defending themselves with knives, they're trying to ban butcher knives... I kid you not. Their reason: "Nobody needs a knife that big. They're only used to kill people." Sign that petition to stop these morons. Of course, it is the UK... I remember when we taught them a lesson in freedom. Apparently they forgot.
Re: Banning Reptiles as Pets in The UK
No one needs a knife that big? It makes it a heckofa lot easier to cut inions. :)
Seriously though, that is just ludiocrous... banning a kitchen utensil? Anything really could be used as a weapon if you think about it... cars, horses. I know that the English are mad about horseback riding; a horse is MUCH more dangerous than most reptiles! (excluding venomous of course. Even still..)

Thats just terrible. All I can do to help is sign that petition :(
