    Help identifying some hatchlings!
I need help on some identification from a mojave spider x black pastel clutch that just hatched. Pics below, thanks!

The top one looks like a black pastel, and the bottom a spider pastel or som'm.(no idea tbh) I recommend using a 'genetic calculator' thing, see what comes up, and do your best to identify them. Pretty hatchlings!

My guess would be black pastel mojave and black pastel spider.

    Hi,

I would wait until they have had a few sheds - the colour can change quite a bit.

Left row top to bottom=black pastel, spider, normal
Right row top to bottom=mojave, spider(may have mojave hard to tell before shed), very cool pastel

Kibbleswhites, the pairing was mojave spider x black pastel. There are no normals and no pastels. Thanks anyway though!

To me, it looks like a black pastel mojave and a blackbee... Could just be a dark hued spider, but the side spotting, creamy vs yellow backstripe, and the burgundy undertones on it make me think black pastel. It's pretty noticeably different than your other spider, especially in the group pic :)

    Why no normals?
